What spa ozonator is right for you? Del Ozone sanitation systems provide the cleanest, clearest water for your spa, with a significant reduction in chemicals. By following the three steps in this section, you can successfully select the appropriate model.
1. How many gallons are in the spa? The gallonage of the spa will help determine the correct spa ozonator. The MCD-50 will treat up to 1,000 gallons of water. The Spa Eclipse and CDS-16 will treat up to 500 gallons of water.
2. What voltage should be selected? The ozonator voltage should match the voltage of your spa equipment.The spa equipment will either be run on 110 or 220 voltage. The MCD-50 and Spa Eclipse are offered in 110 and 220 voltage. The CDS-16 is only offered in 110 voltage.
3. What type of cord plug? The spa ozonators are available with three plug types. The most common is the 4 Pin Amp style plug. The next most common plug would be the Mini J&J and finally followed by the Large J&J plug.
