This guide will help you to choose the proper brush for your pool, which would be determined by your current pool surface.
1. First, you will need to determine your pool surface type. Is your pool surface Concrete/Gunite, Fiberglass or Vinyl? This is important, as brushes are available with Stainless Steel, Nylon, or both combination of Stainless Steel and Nylon Bristles.
2. Once you have determined your pool surface, you can select the proper brush. For Gunite surfaces you can use a brush with stainless steel bristles. For unpainted concrete surfaces, you can use a combination of stainless and nylon bristles. Vinyl and painted concrete surfaces would require nylon bristles only.
